Tele Vue - 31 mm Nagler Eyepiece Type 5

The type 5 eyepieces with 20, 26 and 31 mm are ideal for short focal length Newtonian telescopes, even on the 20" f/4 stars are absolutely point-like almost to the edge.
Type 5 gets by with only 6 lenses. Contrast and transmission are simply perfect.
The 31 mm provides the largest possible field of view with 2", with the 10" f/4 a whopping 2.5°. Focusing requires a 12 mm intrafocal focus path.
