The new APM APO Spotting Scope is perfect for the discerning birdwatcher and nature observer.
This refined instrument features a 3 objective lens (3 Groups)
which provides a highly corrected image, excellent optical performance
and high-fidelity true-colour images. A fourth single lens is for focusing. Features high quality Poro Prisms. Optics are fully broadband multi-coated throughout for maximum light transmission and contrast.
Features a precision 4:1 ratio dual-speed focuser
for exceptional focusing accuracy. The stylish spotting scope body is
constructed from robust but lightweight magnesium alloy, with a sliding
dewshield/sun shade. Fully waterproof and nitrogen-filled for clear, fog-free viewing.
A glass cover protects against dust and dirt even when the eyepiece is removed. The bayonet connector for quiet and easy change of eyepieces, the automatic safety mechanism guards against accidental unscrewing of the eyepiece. In addition, all eyepieces have protective eyepiece covers.

Swarovski 30-60x zoom eyepiece
The non-stick effect of the SWAROCLEAN coating on the outer surface of the lens makes cleaning objective and eyepiece lenses considerably easier, above all when removing dried-on mineral residues (e.g. water marks due to condensation), insect repellents and tree resin. The lenses require less intensive cleaning which significantly increases the longevity of optical products.
