TS-Optics 2x Barlow Lens achromatic 1.25" with T2 Photo Connector
A Barlow lens increases the focal length of your telescope and therefore also the magnification. Simply put your 1.25" eyepiece into the Barlow lens, lock it with the compression ring, and insert both into the focuser. If you, for example, get 30x magnification with your eyepiece, it increases to 60x with the TS-Optics Barlow lens. Thus you can save many eyepieces and gain in flexibility. The compression ring locks the eyepieces safely into place but, however, there are no unaesthetic pressure marks like from simple screws.
A special feature of the Barlow lens is the attached T2-thread. Thus you can attach your SLR to your telescope. You only need a matching T2-ring. Thus the Barlow turns into a powerful teleconverter with approximately 2.5x magnification of the focal length. if your telescope has, let´s say, 900 mm focal length, you get a powerful telephoto lens with approximately 2250 mm focal length. With this, you can well photograph lunar craters or planets.
