The 3" flattener provides excellent field correction for telescopes with larger focusers.This adapter allows for a very short adaption to the 2" filter thread (M48x0.75). When you screw this adapter to the flattener, you have exactly 92 mm to the optimum focus position. The M48 external thread is not counted.
