TS Imaging Star 70 mm f/6,78 ED Quadruplet Flatfield APO Refractor Telescope
... Four element ED refractor with integrated corrector for astro imaging and observation
... Good colour correction through Lanthan Element - perfect for DSLR Cameras with APS-C sized sensors
The TS Imaging Star 70 mm f/6.78 Quadruplet ED Astrograph
is an ideal travel companion for photographers. With its integrated corrector, it offers high definition on- and off axis. Even cameras with full size sensors can be used with success. But also for visual observers, this APO shows good performance. Magnifications up to approx. 150 x show only low colour fringing.
This ED Quadruplet is recommended for nature observers, photographers and hobby astronomers searching for a compact telescope / spotting scope with a versatile field of use. With its length of approx. 30 cm, it is easily transportable.Advantages of the TS Imaging Star 70 mm ED Quadruplet:
2" Crayford focuser with 1:10 dual speed transmission
- good field correction due to the integrated two element corrector - correction and illumination over a 32 mm field
- easy camera adaption without the need to keep back focus distances by the mm
- 2" dual Speed Crayford Focuser
- 360° camera rotation for perfect framing
- multi functional mounting foot for photo tripods and astronomical mounts
- good corrected doublet objective with Lanthan corrector element for a clear and sharp image
The 2" Crayford focuser holds even heavier payloads precisely with its reinforces ball bearings. After focusing tack-sharp with the micro focuser, the position can be locked with the knurled screw. This allows long exposure times without any focus shift.Imaging with the TS 70 mm Quadruplet
Just attach your DSLR or CCD camera using the optional TSFA2 or M48 screwed adapter (TSFOC-M48) and you have optimal photographical opportunities. No need to calculate precise back focus distances.Visual observation with the TS 70 mm Quadruplet
This Apo is optimized for photography but it also offers a good performance with 1.25" visual accessories. The focus position allows the use of 1.25" diagonals.
With a 32 mm Super Plössl, for example, a true field of 3.5° at 14x magnification is possible. On the other end of the range the HR Planetary 3.2 mm gives a magnification of 148x for lunar details and Planets.Delivery contains:
